Bistro Toujours: Top of Deer Valley 8/10/2002

Although the summer menu is shortened from the winter season's, Bistro Toujours is the penultimate example of fine Deer Valley cuisine. The baked artichoke with brie is delectable and the smoked salmon salad is the best. The smaller sized dining room (two servers could handle the room easily) made it a cozy and home-like, you could always get a server's attention by just looking around the room. Bistro Toujours offers a vey fine cheese course and well balanced desserts. My only con is the food portions are very small, even to fine dining standars. Over all a very nice and refined restaurant, one of my top 10 in Deer Valley/Park City. Pros: Dining Room, Attentive Servers, Small Portions Cons: Small Menu, No Outdoor Dining more
