Sushi Zanmai definitely has great sushi! When I moved to Colorado (from the East cost), I thought my sushi days were over. I have been very impressed with the quality of fish. The sushi rice actually tastes like sushi rice, but doesn't overpower the fish. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere is fun. I would definitely recommend Sushi Zanmai.
