I don't want to jinx it, but I've raced through the security lines every time here -- no more than a 10-minute wait. I fly to and from Chicago and love the hourly flights on United. If you've got a few minutes, grab a beer at Karl Strauss (a San Diego favorite) -- but pass on the pre-packaged food. If you want to eat, check out Wolfgang Puck's.
