I am a native North Carolinian. I was weaned from the baby bottle and mom's milk to BBQ.
I have lived in several places around the USA that claim to have BBQ, they were just wrong. I have eaten 'bbq' at most of the listed establishments. They should be arrested for impersonating purveyors of BBQ!
The Hole in the Wall is as close to real BBQ as you are likely to find in Seattle. And that's just the unvarnished truth ... Live with it you other guys!
Pros: Generous Portion, Welcoming Ambiance, GREAT BBQ!!!
