Just went to Sgt. Prestons a few days ago and it took 25 minutes just to get menus! There were maybe 8 tables on the patio with customers and 5 waitresses - and NO ONE came to our table!! We almost left it was taking so long, but it was a nice afternoon to sit outside. I had to actually go walk around and track down a waitress to get someone to come over. The food/drink service once I got a waitress wasn't too bad and the prices were decent, not but much of a bargain. The reuben sandwich was very good and the grilled cheese was interesting, but our fries were cold and our appetizer was very greasy. I know I'll be back because of where it is located, but don't go if you're really hungry and don't want to wait an hour to finally get your not-so-cheap food.
Pros: outside seating, happy hour specials
Cons: slow service, slow service, crowded
