I appreciate wellspring because I can buy everything for takeout under one roof. It is not where I would go if I was to purchase everything individually. The case food is gorgeous but not tasty. The salad bar is inconsistent - good for tomato-cucumber salad, bad for soybeans (frozen). The wine selection is well thought out but overpriced. The desserts pale next to the great alternatives nearby. The seating is not comfortable, and outside someone is always smoking. The service and the cheese however are top rate.
