WNCX is the worst station in Cleveland. Program Director Bill Louis is very mean to his DJs, the music they play is old, boring, and worthless, and Bill does not appreciate his helper, Dave jockers, who really runs the station. Paula Balish is rude and mean. WNCX is a joke.
