Shabu Shabu is Japanese for Swish Swish. Swishing your own food here is one of the most enjoyable dining experiences out there (will make much more sense after you visit!) The atmosphere is light, comfortable and the staff is amazingly friendly. This place is at the top of our list of favorite restuarants! Don't miss their location at the Block in Orange (Be sure to have Jon or Michelle serve you)!
