I have only eaten at their downtown location, but can attest to the food always being excellent and hot when served. It's a great place to grab some dinner before attending a play or other downtown event. This is definitely not a romantic spot, but the atmosphere and decorations are tasteful. There really isn't any reason to order their garlic bread (it's great) because they supply you with hot loaves of fresh baked bread throughout your meal. It's definitely worth trying if you haven't been there before...
