I regularly serviced my Honda Civic here. My mechanic was great and I really felt like a valued customer. That is, until the day I decided to purchase a new car. I knew I wanted another Honda, so I walked into the showroom. The sales person was rude, obnoxious and incredibly unhelpful. He talked down to me, didn't show me any cars and was really uninterested in my questions. I left after five minutes and have never returned since. I even abandonded Honda altogether and purchased a Jetta.
Pros: Good mechanics
Cons: Rude salespeople
