With its funky old-fashioned atmosphere and prime waterfront location, OSF could be a gem, but the food is below average. Pasta is overcooked to soggy limpness, and sauces are bland and unimaginative. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. For some reason, it's always insanely packed--it is a good place to take kids because it's so loud.
Pros: waterfront location, cheap
Cons: always packed, subpar food
