I've been a member at the Broadway/19th location for 5 years. Last year I upgraded to an all access membership. Their gyms vary in quality although one consistancy is the lack of A/C, especially on a hot day (it's a matter of time before I pass out!). The staff is very nice with the exception of the Brdwy/19th location where I have encountered some rudeness among staff (never the locker room attendants -- they are always nice). In the busier gyms the equipment is more crowded together, especially in the spinning rooms where a full class can be almost intolerable (it is difficult to get through a class with someone's butt in your face). Overall this is a good gym with excellent classes. I recommend joining one of their lower traffic gyms (43rd/5th, 44th/Lex) where you will find your workout quite enjoyable. Or better yet, get an all access membership.

Cons: quality inconsistant, A/C PLEASE!!, summer hours
