I am Chinese, I have been to Hong Kong several times and eaten at quite a few places, and my family was in the restaurant business for more than 25 years, so I feel like I am more than a bit qualified to give my opinion on this restaurant. And quite frankly, it is one of the best that I have been to, in terms of quality of food, portions, cleanliness and value. For those seeking a good Chinese restaurant with quiet ambience for a tete-a-tete, obsequious service, fist-sized portions of dim sum and food for free, I don't know what planet you reside on.
