I think that Sushi Blues is what Raleigh has been waiting for. Most places around downtown close too early and does not cater to late-nighters. In addition to catering to late-nighters, the food is good. I have been there many times and the food has always been consistent. There has been some times where the service was not good, but most of the time it is OK. I still go and recommend it to others.
