Caruso's is a downtown Tucson staple and the ambience of funky Fourth Avenue serves it well in attracting a diverse and interesting crowd. You used to be able to bring in your own wine... not sure if you can still do that, but it's worth checking into. Start at Caruso's and end up at any number of 4th Ave. pubs/bars/clubs for the remainder of the night! And eat on the patio--very nice.
