Went for lunch on a Thursday and had a wonderful experience. This place is owned by the Pizzeria Uno people, so it should be top-quality, and it was. But lunch on Saturday was awful. Maybe not awful, but not the great meal we had on Thursday that inspired us to bring a friend back two days later. It was a completely different staff in the kitchen, different servers, different everything. If you've written one of these other reviews, or have qualms about going to Su Casa, try to do it M-F and see if it's not much better than you're being led to believe.
