Chuy's is a favorite of mine and my family. We always take out of town people there because it's so classically Austin with its eclectic and almost excessively odd decor. I've never had a bad meal there, and their texas martinis are awesome. It can get pretty loud, so I wouldn't say it's romantic, but I think it's the best tex-mex in Austin.
