I have traveled to New Mexico, Old Mexico and all over West Texas trying to find just one restaraunt that can top Chuy's Hatch green Chile sauce. It is mostly a waste of time and money for the best is right here in Austin. Made from hatch green chilis imported from Hatch, NM this stuff goes great with chips, or on Elvis Fried Chicken and of course the Chili Relleno. This combination of great ingredients and wonderfull majic in the kitchen by talented chefs is impossible to find, and I have really searched hard. Finish off with the Senior Rita and you are good to go!
