This is a great find! From the food to the service, the decor to the menu, your in for a treat. Marco, my sushi chef, was friendly, helpful and turned out some excellent Hamachi, Sake (Salmon), O-Toro, Maguro, Albacore and Mackrel sushi. The fish was extremely fresh, w/ a clear 'glow' and radiance that only the finest quality sushi exudes. Our Miso was rich in ingredients and was some of the finest I've tasted. The spicy tuna roll was presented in a half dome caricature, emphasizing Ototo's focus on high end, professional presentation.
