After reading so many bad reviews, my wife and I went to the Melting Pot last Saturday with great trepidation expecting rude, horrible service and lousy food. We found the exact opposite! The service was some of the best of any place I've ever dined. The hostess was friendly, our server was very congenial, knowledgeable and attentive. All the food was great, especially the fondue, salad and desert. While this is definitely a novelty restaurant (cooking your own entree at the table is pretty unique), and not the kind of place one would frequent plus a bit on the expensive side, we give it a rating of TWO FONDUE FORKS UP!
