When ever I have friends or business acqaintances come to N.E. and we travel to Boston we ALWAYS save desert for Finale's. We have never been disappointed the food and services has always been a 10!
There is simply no comparison in the Boston area!
It would be fun to have a special night once a month and have a food tasting - like a wine tasting. You could charge a fixed fee. Then describe the preparation of each selection. I know people would find that so entertaining and quite a treat.
Also could do TV display of food preparation - thus view from your table from anywhere.
