Figlio goes on despite itself. It's mostly about location. It's just so damn handy. Over the past ten years it's menu has barely changed just the removal of every item -I've- ever enjoyed there. Is it a food cost issue or lack of daring? I don't know. As for the staff; decided less representative of ""hip uptown"" it used to be- then again Uptown itself isn't as ""Uptown"" as it used to be. I blame ""Gap"". If you want to people watch at Figlio- make sure to sit on the side walk- because the hip folks are outside of the joint or they're slipping into Figlio's hipper sister restaurant- Chino Latino. The one praise I will give to Figlio is that they are consistant. You always kind of know what to expect- and if they screw up- they make it right. Customer satisfaction keeps them in the game.
Pros: consistant, customer service
Cons: loud, boring menu, crowded seating
