To start off, the chips that came with the spinach dip were STALE. We asked for more and the waitress brought us another batch of stale chips. The cheese soup, usually my favorite dish, tasted horrible. After waiting for 30 minutes, my husband gave up on getting his side SALAD! We requested the bill from our waitress and asked for the manager. We had no ill intentions...just figured he would want to know the food was below par. He apologized sincerely (so we thought) and didn't charge us for the salad we never received (how nice of him). We paid for the food we barely ate and while heading out the door we noticed the manager and the waitress laughing about the situation. It's not the money that burns me, it's the death of a pub that HAD great food and good service. We will never go back!
