I dig Urban Outfitters. They always have cute clothes, fun bags, and wacked out accesories and ""stuff"". It's fun to shop and fun to just look. I love it! Only thing is, sometimes the clothes don't fit bigger girls.
Pros: cute clothes, fun atmosphere, not too expensive
