Having visited Santa Monica Pier several times, as well as Santa Monica City, I must say that I have always found the people of Santa Monica most pleasant and cheery! It is always amazing to me to find such a pleasant atmosphere and for this reason, I rate Santa Monica Pier as one of my most favorite places in California!
