We went for dim sum last weekend after reading many good reviews. We were disappointed. Wait was long on Saturaday morning. Dim Sum was ok. Service was ... Was there any service at all?? I can't understand why people are willing to stand in line. Price was steep, food overrated, service was lacking. There are plenty of good Dim Sum places around town. My personal favorite is Harbor Village in Embarcadero. More authentic and much better quality Dim Sum. Plus you get more efficient and better service. This place is definitely one of the most overrated restaurants in the city.
