Dan Landis and crew have done wonders to the diets of non-dairy eaters/vegans. The tempeh and scrambled tofu are divine! They offer soy butter and soy milk to compliment various entrees. Yeah!
Even my meat-eating friends devour brunch and lunch at Watercourse (haven't tried dinner yet) - it's not too difficult to pursuade your non-veggie friends from following you to this restaurant.
