What I've always enjoyed about the Cat 'N Fiddle is the fact that the crowd there is as diverse as at any bar/restaurant in LA. You can be 21 or 25 or 32 and not feel completely out of place. Sure, it's still a pick-up joint to a certain extent, but you'll often see groups of friends casually eating, drinking and lounging in the atmosphere, large dinner parties inside, or couples off in their own world. You can be comfortable whether with a date, a friend or a group of friends/co-workers. It's a great place to sip drinks, take in the outdoor patio atmosphere and just hang.
