Whether dining in or delivery, Joy's serves food with lightning speed. I ordered delivery last night and it took 15-20 minutes (they properly set expectations by saying it would take about 45 minutes). They're not only quick, but their food is SO good! Try the Pad Woon Sen -- it has glass noodles and chicken and shrimp. Yummy!
