My husband and I tried Chin Chin's for the first time, Saturday. We ordered the Dim Sum sampler, combo fried rice and mongolian beef. The food and service were OK (PF Changs much better), but we'd definitely go back again for the sights and sounds of Sunset Blvd. If it's a warm day or evening, I'd suggest sitting outside. The best table for gazing is the far right table against the rail, near the sidewalk.
