The B-Side exemplifies my favorite kind of low budget night out: a neighborhood bar that attracts a very eclectic crowd, where the bartenders take their craft very seriously (they're among the best in town for serious cocktails like Manhattans), and the kitchen turns outs reasonably priced, very goood, *interesting* food. Weekend crowds crimp the atmosphere a bit: having to wait in line and being rushed through dinner because there are 20 parties behind you is no fun. I go on Sundays (excellent brunch served till 4pm) or weeknights. Not for you if you like to be surrounded by people who look and think exactly like you, or if you're put off when you can't get a burger or chicken wings with your beer. Me, I can't get enough of this place.

Cons: Impossible parking, Too crowded weekends
