Woodrows is fine for a casual happy hour, or for people unaquainted with the benefits of a skilled bartender. It's a place for bottled beer and people who still use ""party"" as a verb, well into their 20s. The best patio in town is The Social -- Hot bartenders, cool breeze outside, DJ music, delicious cocktails and real pints. The big leather chaise lounge by the front door may be the most coveted place to sit in all of Houston nightlife.
Pros: casual, cheap, inviting
Cons: miller lite is lame, lots of (281) people, not much to do
