By reading all of the reviews before I went, I will say my expectations were really high. However, I felt that the stylist did a good job on giving me a new hairstyle. Also, I felt that she did spend a lot of time with me. However, I guess for $35.00 for a cut and the build-up, I expected a little more customer service. I just felt the ambience wasn't as upscale as I thought it should be for the price. Plus highlights were going to cost $90 and that's w/o a cut. I thought that was just a little too much to pay.
