The Westside Pavilion can't compete against other shopping malls nearby. Beverly Center, Century City, and the 3rd Street Promanade (including the Santa Monical mall) all offer more and better stores. Westside Pavilion does offer shoppers shopping (Nordstrom, Banana Repbulic, KB Toys, etc.), food (McDonald's, Tony Roma, Panda Express, Coffee Bean, etc), entertainment (artsy/indie movie theater and Barnes & Noble), and grocery (Pavilion market) all under one roof.
