People complain that the food here is overrated, or that it's not worth the typically long wait ... but I think it's great. You don't go for the decor (ordinary-to-blah) or the service (inattentive). You go for the dim sum. I haven't tried the other dishes, because I'm fascinated by their dim sum menu (and, OK, I admit I like that you can just decide what you want based on the pictures). Try picking an off-peak time so that you don't have to wonder whether the food is going to measure up to the wait.
