I was there to order my new car (ended up NOT ordering from them) and they got no chair for me to sit! The only chairs were the tall stools in front of the computer. Is it professional or what? We're dealing w/ $30K+ deal here. Well, to make things worse, they gave me ONLY $500 off the price (?) claiming it's an ""Internet"" discount (is there such thing?) to match the ""internet"" price but that was the MSRP. They gave me HALF the value of my car for trade in. Obviously way less than what the other used car retailer would give. Is it some kind of a joke?
