Nestled in one of those ubiquitous valley strip malls you will find Cabos Fresh Baja Grill. It doesn't seem too distinctive from the outside, it even looks a lot like a Baja Fresh, but the food really sets it apart. The food is always good and it doesn't linger longer than it should, unlike it's corporate twin. It will never win any awards for originality but it gets it right and delivers on the basics..burritos, nachos, tacos and delicious selection of salsas. If you're in the mood for something a little different, try the Chico Paradise Salad...I won't go into detail but it's definitely worth a try.
Pros: cheap, fast, friendly, good selection
Cons: location isn't great
