Nice ambience, get a table by the indoor goldfish stream if you can. Good place to take a date. If you are a novice at sushi, go for the sushi boats at the bar (they drift by you so you don't have to ask if you don't know the names). Service is good, sushi is average, portions of non-sushi items are generous (I usually order sushi ala-carte, and split a tempura dinner with a group plus miso soup and salad). In the years I've been going there, I've never been disapointed. Call ahead to see if they're open, I've gone there and been suprised that they were closed at lunch on Saturday.
Pros: Reasonably priced, good portion size, good ambience
Cons: Closed Sat. lunch
