Tops has really good burgers and pastrami sandwiches, but nothing, and I mean nothing can beat their chili cheese fries. Oh so good. Fries smothered in cheese and their special chili. Split a small order into two, they are really big. All of their food is relatively cheap. One bad thing, Hardly any parking.
