I've been to way too many bars/clubs in Raleigh. By and far the Pour House is my favorite place to go if I'm just going out to have a good night with some friends. I've run into several amazing bands, cool bartenders and very kind people there. The atmosphere is very laid back and more often than not the people, at least downstairs, are all really cool. I'm not quite as keen on the pool table area, but hey, to each his own.
