Although the restaurant is in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, there's no need to have the restaurant music be so loud. People go there to eat and socialize, but it's rather difficult and unpleasant when you have to yell at the person sitting next to you. It is lively, though. The menu is good, but limited. Margaritas are killer.
