My hair has never looked better. I didn't feel as if they pushed products at all. My stylist was very educated on the line of products they carry seeing as she is the trainer in the entire NW area including Seattle. Of course she tells me what she uses every time and I always decide whether or not I want what she recommends. I happen to be a product junkie and appreciate that my stylist knows in which case I should use moulding mud vs. wax for example. I send Fratangelos people all the time and have never heard a bad word.
