Although Greens typically uses a fair amount of dairy, the chefs are amazingly accomadating and personable. As a vegan asking about non-dairy options when I made my reservation, I was transeferred to the head chef who spoke with me about what adjustments they could make for me. Enjoying vegan food accompanied by wine from a varied and award-winning wine list, in a dining room with one of the best views ever, was an experience in a class of its own.
