The Natural History Museum is one of the best things about NYC. From its incredible size to its innovative exhibits and its breadth of knowledge, this is one place for the whole family where learning can truly be fun. In one sense it is a victim of its own success. With the new space show comes a greater expectation for the rest of the exhibits, the long standing ones. For this reason, it is better to leave the space show as the last item to visit. Also, the food court located in the basement is well stocked but pricy. A family meal could run up quite a bit for not very much.
