1/3 of my pork chop was served raw, while the rest cooked. They need to take the table away from the door because it was freezing. The wait was not 1 hour, but 20 minutes or less. Service was infrequent and poor. The restaurant manager was arrogant, probably because of the nice crowd and great reviews.
