Carls Jr. was once a gem of a Hamburger Joint, Growing up in Southern California, I know so much about Carls. I remember eating at Carls or as I call it CJ's, It was a great place to eat, The service was friendly, the food was fresh, the burgers were char-broiled (not fried like McD'S) and I loved most everything about CJ's. During the Mid-to late 90's a lot of change came to Carls Jr.
It all started with the hardcore ""IN YOUR FACE"" Slogan, then it followed the Acquisition of Hardees, And now, the restaurant I once considered burger heaven has now taken a 360 degree turn for the worse. The Service is slow and the employees can't speak a lick of english, The presentation stinks and Most importantly The Food Now really sucks and It's not fresh. If I were you I would Avoid CJ's and go elsewhere.
