I have lived in Austin for 9 years and never knew Star Seed existed (its hidden on the access road where 1-35 splits into the upper/lower deck) until I was taken there by Todd Lewis of the Toadies. He loved the migas there but I stuck with the ham and cheese omelette (moist and grand). For only a little money (7 dollars a person?) we were given plates piled high with food. The service was not very good though and refills were hards to come by. We thought we had been forgotten sitting outside. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
Pros: inexpensive, good food, plenty of parking
Cons: mediocre service, crowded/small
