Everything about Mencius' is fantastic. I have just recently moved to Kingwood from inside the loop and must say that it rivals anything in Houston. The food is incredible, service is wonderful, prices are reasonable. On par with Scott Chen's, Hunan's, of PF Changs without the reservation, snobbery, high-dollar price tag, or 2 hour wait!
