In my experience, Upstate New York has some of the world's most uncomfortable theater seats. Even the amazing Carousel Mall isn't immune. For $8 I would expect to get seats that didn't warrant a visit to the chiropractor when you are done with a two hour movie. Seeing Lord of the Rings for three hours would have been even worse. Ok, so I didn't go see the chiropractor, but it really was painful! I have been to many other theaters around the country where a $6 ticket gets you full height, plush seats that partially recline.
Pros: great selection
Cons: expensive, lousy seats
