With the acquisition by the Crescent Group, this once charming hotel has been dismantled into your slightly better than average business hotel. All of the personal attention has been stripped away. The rooms are average. The food is average. In fact, it feels as if the true management team guiding SMI these days are the Crescent corporate accountants.
